The Trinocular head of the microscope is designed to permit quick change from normal viewing position to photographic position which permits maximum list availability to the camera tube leaving 20% to Bino head for simultaneous viewing. The equipment comprises of suitable adapter, photo eyepiece, cable release SLR camera body with right angle viewfinder. The pack has built in automatic exposure meter and selection guide to optimize the exposure according to film speed and level of illumination.
PLANACHROMATIC PHASE CONTRAST EQUIPMENT
The standard face contrast equipment permits transparent unstained specimen such as tissues, living cells and micro organisms, etc to be observed or photographed without staining with remarkable contrast and resolution.
The special non reflective multiplayer coating applied to the phase ring of objectives ensure superb quality of image.
The equipment comprises of four objectives – phase – plan Achromat 10x,20x,40x and 100x. the turret condenser has four phase position (10x,20x,40x and 100x.) and extra position for the dark field with iris diaphragm. The equipment comes with centering telescopic eyepiece and high transmittance green filter.
DARK GOUND CONDENSER 0.8-0.95 N.A.
A professional grade aspheric dark field half mirror condenser unit comes in combination with a specially designed 100x oil immersion objective with precision iris diaphragm. This attachment is most ideal for specimen which cannot be observed directly in transmitted light and need only dark field illumination, particularly, in case of STDs. The oil contact between, specimen and objective ensures optimum availability of light under dark field conditions.
SIMPLE POLARIZING SET
Most of our microscopes can host “simple polarizing” set which consist of a polarizing filter which can be snapped on to the sub – stage condenser. The corresponding analyzer can placed under the Binocular or trinocular eyepiece tube. The combination of polarizer and analyzer allows the study of specimen under normal or polarized light conditions.
